Yu, Ma, Patil, Kocaogullar, Zhang, Burke, Kutscher, and Zhang (2024) - the lab that built NDN conceding the forwarding plane to reach the application layer. Their stated open problems - revocation, capabilities, agents - read as a to-do list the codexproof paper answers a slice of.
